How D’Life collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us.
This page covers the ground it has to cover, in the site’s own voice, so a compliance owner and legal adviser review a document rather than a blank page. It is not legal advice and must not go live without that review. Every gap is marked in the copy below.

What we collect
From this website, we collect only what you choose to send us. The WhatsApp and email routes open your own app, so whatever you send arrives directly with us and is held in those systems.
This site also has an enquiry form on the Contact page and an email sign-up on the homepage and the Youth Community page. They ask for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the subject of your enquiry and anything you choose to write. At the time of writing they are not connected to any system: submitting one stores and transmits nothing, and each says so on the page rather than reporting a success it did not have.

If you sign up for updates, we collect the email address you provide. If you become a client, we collect the information necessary to advise you and arrange cover, which is more extensive and is set out separately in the documentation you receive at that point.

How we use it
To reply to you, to provide advice and arrange cover where you ask us to, to maintain the records we are required to keep, and to send you updates if you have asked for them.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who we share it with
